Excuse me henny but britney rehearsed for crossroads eight months while touring oops i did it again plus britney has been acting since mickey mouse clubs. Gaga hasnt even receieved a script and the show starts in FIVE months

It's not like it's a live show. Sometimes actors don't even get a script until the day they film the scene. They can do as many takes as they feel necessary after all. No need to worry at all.

Isn't this normal though? In June 2014 Sarah Paulson stated that she had only seen the script for the first episode of Freak Show. 

Also, don't they shoot the series through to the end of the year? In that case, Gaga would not have to memorize every one of her season's lines by July/August, just the ones for the first few episodes.

The queen works harder than anyone else in music. She deserves some off time if she hasn't received her script yet then it's not her fault. She's professional. She doesn't need forever in advanced. I think she will be fine if she starts by mid June-early July.

I'm sure she at least knows the nature of her role and what the season is gonna entail. I would have planned things a lot differently but we can't do anything but hope that she + AHS team work well together to make it a great season. 

I agree. If she hasn't received her script it isn't her fault. The writer's may still be tweaking it.

Filming begins early July actually, and she's in Europe till like July 17 for the C2C tour.  So Gaga is probably not gonna appear until the second or third episode. (just like Emma Roberts appeared later on in FS.)

Lol u don't need to rehearse that long for a TV show. I'm sure a lot of actors on popular weekly shows get each episode's script a week before each show and film it over the course of a couple days so they can put it through editing and the postprocessing departments before it airs on the same day the next week. Most of the actors probably don't have a script yet.
