Aleve is like Ibuprofen. It's a good medication to take for muscle aches and headaches.

The PM part is an antihistamine, like Benadryl. 

There aren't any kind of hard d--gs or prescription medicine in this over the counter medication, but it will make you sleepy!

Guys, she posted the pictures herself via her own Instagram. One day later. Having a medicine does not mean being possessed by someone who takes you over, she does remember.

Now, we don't know whether her headache is due to her headpiece being uncomfortable, or she's just got a flu, so she either took anti-cold pills or anti-pain pills. Either ways, she mixed them with lots of alcohol and weed which resulted into memory loss. Ta-da.

It would increase the depressive effects of both. In other words, it would make her more sleepy than the d--gs were supposed to do.
