Michael 533
The personal conservaionship gave her the rights of a teen. She would not be able to keep the conservaionship of her 2 kids. Also she was under 2 conservationships. The personal and the financial. She is still under the financial oneIf you look up how conservatorships work, you can absolutely have custody of your children while under a conservatorship. Besides, having the rights of a teen doesn't mean you can't raise a child. Teen mothers aren't automatically stripped of their parenting rights.Britney's situation with her conservatorship and her custodial rights are completley seperate. She lost custody of her children months before her conservatorship was ever put in place. We know for a fact that Britney's conservatorship is still in place, both personal and financial, because that is why she cannot be questioned in the Sam Lutfi trial, which is he now appealing. If she was not under conservatorship she would be summoned to court to deal with these matters.Truthfully, I don't think her conservatorship will ever end. Even if now it's just a formality. The Sam Lutfi lawsuit is one of the big reasons why it will never end, among others.
