Is this really including the albums given with ticket sales, though? I bought tickets, and I haven't even gotten my downloads yet.

Omg... And that's even with the the albums given away with the tour sales. Wow!

the albums she gave with the tickets are in the 100k predicted?

She needs that #1 :wtf:

I feel pessimistic saying this but I think Madonnas team knew a low sales debut was in store for her. I wouldn't be surprised if the fall and the leak were both orchestrated to soften to blow of a low debut. That way fans could still say "oh because of reason x, y, or z"

Sis... :air:

I don't think they are included, the article didn't mentioned that.

Okay, that's bad enough... I knew it, it leaked like a month ago tbh

Meanwhile Madonna has sold 25k over first 2 days in UK, and is projected 35-40k. Will be a close fight for #1 with Sam Smith, who has 12.3 sales (but Sam isn't front loaded and is expected to benefit from Mother's Day sales and Friday promo).

Tbqh...the songs suck and it's not being played on radio...not being promoted really here in the US and EMPIRE is a tv show, but still has better music than Rebel Heart

Just to remind everyone that Ray of Light was number 2. Not number 1. Still, it is considered one of the best pop albums ever.

Numbers don't dictate if music is good or not.

I have a shared feeling : I'd like her to get that #1 because her album is very good, on the other hand I would be glad if she missed the #1 spot just to piss her fans off (the ones who were saying ARTFLOP everywhere)

The songs don't suck. Most fans love the album (or at leats most of it) and most review are positive.:tea:

Such a bad choice L4L as a lead single.

GhostTown is much much better.

I don't know why her team choose it. a very wrong move . :madge:

Well..in my opinion her voice sounds terrible and the instrumentals sound like she made these songs in a month. :smh:

A good lead single is so important for the Album sales.

e.g, Applause saved ARTPOP from the disaster with 258,000 copies sold the first week almost on par with Katy and Miley.

Without Applause, the album sales would have been much lower.

Living for Love = bad choice

Agree with this. And Ghosttown was the only song that didn't leak.
