Not true tho. Plenty of Gaga Stans - myself included - don't care about Madonna at all and don't feel the need to shade her. Hating Madonna isn't a requirement as a fan but because you're a stan, you'd see more negatives than positives because that's how stan nature works as well as Human nature.
