Teenage Dream is one of the best pop albums of all time lyrically and sonically. 5 #1 hits and critical/public acclaim. It's a solid, fun, great album.

I mean... I know I bought it. But it bothers me because I don't know how much of that was Katy's doing and how much of that was her record label and production/writing teams. I dont know why but with Gaga it feels like she has much more agency over her music than Katy does. That's why these numbers hurt.

well it had re-release and 5 #1's and 7 top 5 hits overall ...... the fact that it hasn't crossed 3m yet   :coffee:

that's from 2010. Rated R sold 1 million + with 2009 sales.
