with all the protests going on over issues that are matters of life and death going on  right now you want a protest for a pop star not getting a nomination for an award show?   i'm guessing this is a joke .....so all i'll say is its in bad taste....

Nah, it's not even Grammy worthy. Not that the other pop albums are Grammy worthy either... It was just a terrible year for pop music. Gaga will come back with a serious album that will get people to take her seriously.

She still has one nomination, that's more than we could have expected... After this bad year in term of everything, I think it's a blessing she gets at least one nomination !

 

Now let's support her in her work and let's hope she'll earn that Grammy ! Future years will probably be better in terms of music and recognition for Gaga !

They've been snubbing Gaga all year at award shows including no nominations at all at the AMAs or VMAs

I never said that they're of equal importance, obviously they ferguson protests are more important but other issues shouldn't get over looked. I just spiked them as an example to show the power of protest.

If I remember correctly, I think monsters threw some type of tantrum in 2011 to get VMAS nominations and it worked. Someone here told me that.
