It's not judging, you can't remake a iconic song and singers to some artists who are trying to become relevant, and Jessie and Ari don't have the vocal as Brandy and Monica.

It's to pay homage to the artists and producers of the music in that era. The intention isn't to replace the classic song it's simply to reinterpret it for the new generation. There's nothing wrong with that. I just think people hate anything different from what they already know. They'd never like this no matter who sang it, no matter how talented they were.

I can see Ari coming close to Brandy's singing but I don't see Jessie J, she's like Xtina, she screams too much.
