Gaga didn't even mention Katy's name in that tweet So if u clam that katy didn't copy gaga, then why ur dragging her in,in the first place Then to the conclusion point, gaga didn't drag/shaded or meant HER So ya gaga is #SorryNotSorry for that tweet And one last thing.... I think it shows the inspiration and evolution though. Kylie --> Gaga --> Katy --> whoever is next. It's just what happens. I'm sure Kylie got the idea somewhere else.  As for Gaga's tour stage and themes: Kylie --> Gaga --> Katy's next tour --> new girl. Shading Gaga isn't the best way to do this...
