Below you will see a list of female singers who began their solo careers from 1998 to 2003. These ladies are ones that I feel are still at least somewhat relevant today (even if their last albums weren't the best, which seems to be the trend). Rank the ladies from your favorite to least favorite and then also who you think has the biggest career today to the least biggest career.

THE LIST

Alicia Keys
Avril Lavigne
Beyoncé
Britney
Christina
Jennifer Lopez
Kelly Clarkson
P!nk

It's Katy Perry :lmao: She debuted with the album "Katy Hudson" that sold less than 200 copies

I know lolol, I've never heard the album though, but I'm assuming it was probably her best work.

I love Avril but honestly she declined after The Best Damn Thing and it only got worse after the "Hello Kitty" fiasco. But poor her since she just separated from Chad Kroeger of Nickelback.

Talking purely career success. 10 years ago - Britney was #1, then Xtina.

Now top 3 are #1 Beyonce, #2 Pink, #3 JLo.

Yes JLo - she just did a $50 million grossing tour, makes about a third of that per season on idol, has a Vegas residence coming up, actually had a massive hit as recently as 2011. Makes Xtina and Avril look like losers and hey ... she'd not under a conservatorship.

I ALMOST put Jessica. Hopefully she'll release some new music soon. And I haven't seen Mandy Moore since I was in elementary school and she was on our announcements trying to get us to bring in Pennies for Patients

Hmmm...

Christina Aguilera
Britney Spears
P!nk (she could be ranked higher in the future)
Beyoncé
----
Alicia Keys
Jennifer Lopez
Kelly Clarkson
Avril Lavigne

I'm not really familiar with the music the last four musicians put out (aside from a few songs).

I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.
