Love Again sounds like a lot more songs than "Paparazzi" imo Also, "Open up your heart to the ceiling" and "Promise I'll be kind" have a similar interval jumps and pitch, not melody (I think some people think "melody" in place of Rhythm ) There's probably no influence. Also, other than that line the verses + pre chorus sound NOTHING alike Instrumentally/Sonically they are also world's apart This is a reach tbh.
