The inaugural festival takes place September 12th and 13th at the city’s historic Tempelhof Airport. The lineup features The Libertines, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and an as-yet-unannounced third headliner, along with Tame Impala, My Morning Jacket, Sam Smith, CHVRCHES, Hot Chip, Belle and Sebastian, Run the Jewels, and Little Dragon. Other notable acts include Bastille, Fatboy Slim, Skrillex and Boys Noize’s Dog Blood, Clean Bandit, Wolf Alice, Seeed, Digitalism, MS MR, Crystal Fighters, Robin Schulz, Everything Everything, Glass Animals, Kygo, Pond, and Dada Life. Single day and two-day tickets are now on sale through the festival’s website. Lollapalooza Berlin is Lollapalooza’s fourth offshoot festival, and first foray into Europe. Its other festivals take place in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina this spring, while Lollapalooza proper goes down at Chicago’s Grant Park from July 31st and August 2nd.
