Ellen reportedly glad that 'Madonna week' is over due to demands

Tbh, whether genuine or not, and no matter how much i love Madonna, i can fully beleive this tbh.

 

Madonna's "obnoxious" entourage made the atmosphere on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' "really awkward".

The 'Living For Love' singer recently appeared on the daytime talk show every day for a week and made things tough for the production staff on the program, thanks to her diva demands and large team of assistants.

A source said: "Everyone that works there is really glad that it's finally over.

"It was incredibly hard to deal with one full week of Madonna.

"Madonna's posse that she brought along with her for 'Madonna Week' was larger than any entourage that has ever come on the show before. They were so obnoxious that it just made for a really awkward time on set.

"Because she was there for an entire week, she needed her own set of trailers, which had to be equipped with certain types of health foods that were rather expensive.

"She also demanded that the studio pay for her personal make-up and hair people because she would not use the ones that are provided by the show."

And the 56-year-old star even insisted on approving the content of the program throughout the week.

The source added to RadarOnline.com: "Madonna also required that she approve all of the footage that was shot.

"She also had to change the script to her liking and this is something that was never allowed for anyone that comes on."

And Madonna's demands even frustrated the 57-year-old presenter, but she advised her staff to go along with her guest's difficult ways for the sake of the show.

The source said: "As much as the ratings soared for the show, even Ellen was quite over it by the end.

"Ellen is such a control freak. To have to surrender control to someone who wants to call the shots in every situation was incredibly hard for her.

"Ellen and everyone on staff had to, literally, bite their tongues on numerous occasions throughout the week.

"Madonna felt like everyone should bow down to her because she is Madonna, and the staff was told to just suck it up for the time being because it will pass.

"Ellen is just really glad that it all went over without any major drama and has thanked her staff for being so cooperative."

Probably not true but the demands don't seem that bad anyway; some control over script, control of post-film editing and health foods (which are on a lot of stars' runners anyway). The only bit that's slightly odd is the paying make-up artists bit and "bow down to her" attitude but the former surely wouldn't personally bother any of the production team and the latter has no development.

Some things are believable, but I call BS on some  Like the part about her "changing the script for the entire show", even on the days when she didn't really feature, except to sing? Why would she care

recently a French TV host (Christophe Dechavanne) also denounced that Madonna is horrible backstage. She was invited in his show back in the 90s, she was such a b*tchy diva...
