Lady Gaga's 'Perfect Illusion' Debuts On Billboard Hot 100

Lady Gaga's brand new single "Perfect Illusion" has landed at No. 15 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. The track also debuts at No. 2 on the Digital Songs sales chart with 100,000 first-week downloads and at No. 25 on the Streaming Songs chart with 8.3 million U.S. streams.

This is Lady Gaga's 23rd Hot 100 chart entry and her 16th top twenty hit.

"Perfect Illusion" is the lead single from Gaga's upcoming album Joanne, out October 21st. The official music video for the song will premiere tonight, September 20th during the season premiere of Scream Queens on FOX.
