She was saying that Gaga needed to slow down just a bit, and Gaga ended up getting the injury from working too hard. And now it'll take a bit for Gaga dancing to completely recover live. As far as the modern pop industry is concerned, Gaga actually makes people wait longer than most for LPs. Rihanna drops a record almost every year, while normally takes 2-3 years.
