No, they will be selling the same ticket-categories for much more money. VIAGOGO is a so called "legal tout"... Erziehungsberechtigte haben ihre Aufsichtspflicht zu gewährleisten.  http://www.o2world-berlin.de/Die_Arena/Hausordnung.htm  Kann sein, dass es aber eine Ausnahme gibt für Konzert! Musst nachfragen!
