I agree with most of the OP. The Fame's more memorable looks can definitely be attributed to the first looks (red outfit, as posted) and the hairbow (when with the bangs). The Fame Monster, to me, was definitely remembered through the Bad Romance/Telephone-phase looks: emphasized eyebrow and eyeliner, emphasized lips, and yellow-toned blonde hair. Born This Way's most memorable, as an individual outfit/night, is probably Grammys night. But several looks a a whole, notably the alien prosthetic, short bangs, and teal hair, are probably the 'iconic looks'. As for ARTPOP, the best I could come up with at the moment is the big-ass curly brown hair ('ARTPOP Frankenwig') and seashell bikini outfit combination.
