Eminem's "The Monster" (featuring Rihanna) barely squeaked by Justin Timberlake's "Mirrors," moving into the Elite Eight with just a few hundred more votes. That's good news for Rihanna, whose single "Stay," despite a late surge, couldn't overcome Lady Gaga's "Applause," which earned 52 percent of the final vote in the head-to-head matchup. "Applause" will try to keep rolling against Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball,"

On Wednesday (Mar. 19), we'll reveal the four songs that won their Round 3 match-ups, and another round of voting will begin. On Thursday, Mar. 27, a new Hot 100 March Madness champion -- the Top 5 song that you think was the hottest single of the past year -- will be crowned. Vote now in the match-ups below, and dig in deeper to the Madness!

Both are great pop songs, but I still want Applause to win. Excited to see what happens.
