ELECTRAHEARTPOP 93 Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 At this point, the app. I was looking forward to how innovative it was to be, and how ARTPOP would be the project she originally hyped it up to be. Having said that, I don't blame her for it's inactivity. I have a very strong feeling that since Troy talked a lot about it, he funded a lot of it and it was his project more than Gaga's, so he owned the rights.
