I see tickets for London have already started being posted out. Also, when do we get our LMZ merch?Before/after the show or is it posted before hand? I really hope the tour book is included! I had the Government Hooker Package for BTWball and you had to check-in a few hours before the show with the tickets you got plus credit card (or ID? I don't remember!) and then you got a whristband and the merch.
