Rolodex of Hate 1,721 Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 I can't really compare them cus we don't have the artRAVE DVD yet, but I preferred the Monster Ball because - I preferred the show in general - You could see what was going on all the time because the stage was less complex - Lady Starlight wasn't filmed nor Breedlove - I preferred her vocals on The Monster Ball - I preferred the Monster Ball songs - But most importantly, THE ANGLER FISH - Also, The Monster Ball had a story and was more dramatic, so it was great for a DVD We have no legal choice but to stan Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The artRave livestream is raw, there are technical error that are to be expected when it's "spontaneously" filmed. The Monster Ball DVD took more than two months of editing. What worries me the most is the fact that Gaga's dancing was so sloppy on artRAVE, if it is because of her hip then its understandable tho. They had an entire section of GA sectioned off so that they could place camera cranes... not to mention it was edited in a studio after the fact. artRave is a better tour though.
