My artRAVE Review - Prague

So like y'all know I attended the artRAVE in Prague last sunday and let me tell you, the artRAVE slays on an entire new level!

Me and my friend went to the arena at around 9:30am and met up with a friend from Germany who also attended the artRAVE in Prague! There were about 100 people already trying to keep themselves warm with blankets and tea because it was pretty cold and windy in the morning! At around 10am we picked up our tickets (we had GA) at the cashier and then joined the queue. Then the waiting began!
While we were waiting we met some very lovely people from the Czech Republic,Turkey, Russia and Belarus. Lots of people were finishing their outfits and then someone played ARTPOP (The entire album) and most people started to sing along, it sounded like a choir. We basically hyped up ourselves the whole time. Then we went to the mall, which was right next to the arena (people work on sundays in the Czech Republic, so you could buy anything you wanted) and went to Mc Donalds for some food and also for WiFi :teehee:

Around 5pm the excitement of all the little monsters reached it peak outside the arena and we all started singing again while lining up at the arena gates (me and my friends were one of the first ones to enter the arena with regular GA). From 5 till 6pm, which was when we were let in, people chanted things like "Open the doors" and "Let us in" in czech. I bet the staff has never before seen fans this excited haha.

Then at 6pm they finally opened the doors and this was when the Hunger Games 2.0 officially kicked off! As soon as people were inside the arena everybody started running live crazy in order to reach their perfect spot! Well, as I already mentioned I was one of the 1st ones to enter the arena so I got the perfect spot - right in front of the Venus bridge center! I couldn't believe I actually made it there! :legend: The stage isn't too tall, in fact it has the perfect height - I could even touch it! And for anyone worrying, the bridge absolutely doesn't block your view at the main stage - you have the perfect view!

At around 7:15pm Breedlove started performing. He only performed 4 songs form his "Magic Monday EP", which is really good and he told us some stories about when he and Gaga met for the first time in New York. His set lasted for about 20 minutes and before he left the stage he introduced Lady Starlight, who came onstage and looked pretty overwhelmed by the audiences reaction. Everybody screamed "I love you Starlight" and she looked as if she was completely surprised people like her haha. Then she started her set and aftre about 5 minutes everybody started freaking out becuase we saw Gaga dancing between the stage and the barriers cheering for Starlight! Like you all know she then joined Starlight onstage and this was when the we all lost our ****, everybody started screaming and jumping! Actually it was a little artRAVE before the actual artRAVE!

Starlight performed for about half an our and then we were waiting for Gaga. Between Starlight and Gaga's set they play some EDM and Dance music like Hardwell, some DJWS mixes and Martin Garix.

Gaga was about 1 hour late, but when the curtain finally fell the entire arena screamed their hearts out! :excited2:  As soon as the beat of the intro dropped everybody around me started jumping and raving. When Gaga rose from the ground during ARTPOP the entire arena was on their feet cheering for Gaga. And let me tell you, Gaga's voice has become even better since the BTWB. I couldn't believe my eyes when she walked towards us during the second verse of ARTPOP! Everyone around me screamed as loud as they could and literally everyone put their hands up. The crowd was insane, we all knew the routines, we all sang along EVERY word to EVERY song, we all jumped and danced our assed off, especially during G.U.Y and Donatella - these two are defintely some of the countless highlights at the show! Then when Gaga performed Venus everybody put their Vs up. I have been to all of Gaga's tours (except the Fame Ball, because I was to young according to my parents) but I have never before experienced people freaking out and going as hard as they did in Prague! During Gaga's Piano set, especially during Dope nearly everyone around me, including me, started crying! During Born This Way the crowd sang along with Gaga, you can watch in the video below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbEX5DQvWcY

During Do What You Want we all threw blue balloons up into the air, watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8K31qfleBA

The entire show has been a blast, when she performed Applause everything got out of control in the most positive sense as you can see in this video: http://instagram.com/p/t1-E_QSvyZ/

Swine was so intense, definitely the best way to let go all worries and insecurities.

Gypsy aka the final song was one of the most beautiful moment of the entire show! We were all crying, singing and jumping at the same time!

Let me tell you, videos don't do the artRAVE justice at all. The artRAVE is incredible, Gaga's energy was beyond, her speeches were so touching omg I'm tearing up as I write this right now.  This was definitely the best night of my entire life so far! Thank god I'm going to see and (hopefully) meet her again in Vienna in 19 days.

If you have the opportunity to attend the artRAVE, DO IT. This is an experience nobody wants to miss!

if u have a GA ticket u probably cant get to front row ppl with LMZ get there but u can still get to the middle catwalk which is,as many say, even better (i personally dont know my rave is in 25 days and im freaking out i do have lmz and cant choose where to stand ugh) but u should probably line early at around 8 or even 6-7 i really dont know what kind of fans will attend ur show... and if u wanna leave u should ask sb to save ur spot but dont take too long cuz ppl might get mad... u can easily go to the toilet tho, they will keep it for u. im thinking of going to starbucks after i line and get my merch cuz i found there's one kinda close to the arena in zurich haha

If you have LMZ of course you should attempt to go near the main stage, event front row if it's possible. I was front row at 2 artRAVES and nothing can be compared to that, she performs most of the show there :)
