But now, he's in a dead heat with Barbra Streisand's current No. 1 champ, Partners. And not too far behind both of them: Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga with their duets album, Cheek to Cheek. Industry forecasters suggest Chesney and Streisand's new albums may sell around 125,000 each in the week ending Sept. 28, while Bennett and Gaga are aiming for 120,000.
