LISTEN: Heavy Metal And Reflective - Azealia Banks

It's so monotonous it almost made me fall asleep. You can all shade J&D (i don't like that song either) but at least it has some gradation.

Too many people here with moral superiority complex.

Lemme find some twerking tutorials online and bop to this :bunny:

I kinda wish it exploded into something more hardhitting, but I can live with this

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn

no chorus , hook, or anything

kinda boring imo

i get she's trying to go against being commercial, but no...

MTE. This isn't even a song. She's just talking kinda fast over a (cool actually) beat for 3 minutes.

It's funny when a song highlight is the instrumental, it's actually better than her rapping, :applause: good job to the producer tho

Even Iggys fancy instrumental is much simpler

I kinda like it.. and I'm not a fan of Azealia, but this is interesting. Better than so many other female rappers out there.

rap music

noun

a style of popular music, developed by disc jockeys and urban blacks in the late 1970s, in which an insistent, recurring beat pattern provides the background and counterpoint for rapid, slangy, and often boastful rhyming patter glibly intoned by a vocalist or vocalists.
