Just because it's a live performance doesn't mean we are seeing it live For instance, her (and all other's) performance on Jimmy Fallon was singing ARTPOP live, but the show was tapped a few hours before. It makes no sense to air this in july when the album is being released in september. They taped interviews too but we won't see them til september.
