itsdominik 16,732 Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 I just went into the store to ask for ARTPOP (yes, i know it will be released tomorrow, but I tried haha) And I asked for the Foil Cover Edition and the woman in the store told me that the Foil Covers are available worldwide!!
