When Epic signed TLC, they kept this project as a "soundtrack" for the Biopic and kept the other 3 songs for the new album sometime in early 2014. It was Gaga news when we heard that this song would be on this album, so it's still Gaga news when we find out that it isn't. The song was saved for the new album.
