CONFIRMED: ARTPOP Pre-Orders (Clean AND Explicit) Will Come With Foil

i went to Target this morning, November 12, and ALL of the copies on shelves were foil

I got my copy in the mail today, still foil.

I think even if you didn't pre-order, you can still get the foil copies in stores.

hoping the ETA changes to sooner Nov 26th really?! And I only pre-ordered with amazon.com not .ca for the Foil...not thinking about the available "Deluxe" with the iTunes Festival footage...I might buy both physical versions tho....Think i'm going to explore a few music shops tomorrow
