The video was uploaded ten hours ago, by ABC News Promos (they have the PRO tag, and they upload promos for shows on ABC). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HnA7bf7-osUnfortunately, the Vimeo video is now private, but someone ripped it and uploaded it to YouTube. "She stunned the VMAs, so what will she do next? Monday morning, Lady Gaga performs live" The promo shows footage from the VMAs, so it couldn't be the old promo for the video premiere + Gaga said was going to America to rehearse for new performances of Applause. + Today she retweeted a fan saying she'll be performing this Monday on GMA.
