The Nazi one literally has a swastika in it I mean in that particular stylised version the design features a swastika in it but: I can definitely see the similarity - don't think it was intentional but it is an identifiable symbol used regularly by neo-nazis around the world:  Don't think Shakira or Live Nation deserve hate, I doubt it was on purpose, they are not the ones actually designing the merch either and I don't expect them to be familiar with nazi symbology.
