I think you should be able to joke about anything, but there's a fine line between funny and hurtful and these memes are a giant overstep.

Would be nice, but defamation is one of the hardest crimes to proves in a court of law. It becomes even harder when you are a public figure. She would have to prove that there has been damages on her part. (She has been denied jobs or money because of the memes) which she hasnt.
