But .. Only? The UK has ridiculously high thresholds for certifications. Comparison: Germany's music market is around at the same size and buying power as the UK market. German certifications are Gold (200,000), Platinum (400,000) and Diamond (1,000,000). The UK's certifications are Silver (200,000), Gold (400,000) and Platinum (600,000). Going Platinum in the UK is a big deal alone, going double Platinum is a HUGE deal.
