I also enjoy film soundtracks and theater plays. Then again, I don't really think those are completely different from Gaga's music lmao. RochestrMonstr 2,272 Posted March 22, 2018 Share Posted March 22, 2018 For me, Gaga's music is the "different" music I listen to. I mainly listen to rock (and ABBA) from the 1970's and 1990's. Even newer music that I do listen to is usually folk or acoustic or at least guitar driven in some way. Joanne actually fits in with the type of music I listen to very well. But I never really cared much for electronic pop music before Gaga, and even still, it's very rare that i'll listen to that type of music outside of hers. Of course there are some exceptions. My music gene comes from my mother, and she has the music taste of an old man. The Beatles, Zeppelin, etc. I guess the most Gaga things I listen to are Bowie and Prog Rock.
