Nicki was probably barely involved in the process and they were gracious enough to give her a credit if anything. Somehow she always makes up these lies that people have ghost writers (aka Kim back in the day) and everyone just believes her. Everyone just always takes her side and believes her and never acknowledges the toxic patterns where shes always coming for other female rappers because she wants to be the only one.
