I assume you’re referring to the “languagano” and “Jesus christo” lines? These are often misinterpreted as racist (I can see why), as they come across as mocking Latino accents etc. What the song is actually trying to do is make these common words sound alien, and twisted, hence the slight change on otherwise normal words, to highlight Gaga’s lack of understanding over America’s lack of acceptance to both immigrants and same-sex couples. 

She doesn’t understand how people have twisted the figure of Jesus, who only preached love and acceptance, into this new figure “Jesus christo” who is used as an arugument against queer marriage etc. The same with America and “Americano” for immigration. It’s like she’s saying “this is not the America I know”. So it’s not racist :) but I do see how you could interpret it that way sadly.

you have to really hate the song to consider it racist
