The additional sounds are very similar and at Coachella they cut it the same way as in her SB performance I think Also at JWT she performs the full song in very similar sound version I love how they re-arrange her old songs into totally new sounds. f.ex. It sounds a little different from the studio version because there are live instruments, but it's the same to me.
