I interpret the swish swish music video as a parody of twitter culture. Meme-centric self deprivation. In the same way the Hey Hey Hey music video is this unending goofy humor that she's ALWAYS exhibited, with undertones of "I'm sick of this" She seems to be voluntarily murdering the "funny girl" idea by making people sick of it.
