I noticed the whole 'expensive or cheap' thing again. The album will be called ARTPOP. Princess Die is a suicidal, bitter song and doesn't promote positivity or empowerment (like the songs on BTW) so I think that's what she means by lacking responsibility. She's always gone by the 'I dont want to sound like anything Ive ever done before' when making new music.
