Every country has different regulations. Europe tends to be less restrictive (from what I see) than the U.S. for example.

In Spain it's impossible for people to cross the yellow line. Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran both sold out their shows here, and the GA floor was half enty due to the yellow line. Not only Gaga

the yellow line is protective casing for the cables, not a security mark

There are concerts from the exact same arena full all the way to the back.... were they then hoping for a stampede?
