I just clicked the FAQ hyperlink that's on the Billboard link cited within this thread, and my understanding is that only one vote per day per social media outlet will be counted, so the most you could vote is twice/day (1x on FB and 1x on Twitter). But that's just my interpretation, please check it yourself as well because I don't want to inadvertently provide the wrong information!
