I would want it to be divided into acts and each will have a different outfit. Each act will represent her past eras. These would be my ideas for the outfits, a bit toned down version of her past era attires, to go with the whole minimalist aesthetic of Joanne and the dive bar tour. The Fame Era (Latex) The Fame Monster Era (Studded) Born This Way Era (Leather) ARTPOP Era (Rave) Joanne Era (Country Girl) Her hairstyle: My setlist: Act I - The Fame 1. Poker Face 2. Just Dance 3. There's no dance routines, outfits and hairstyles.. it's just simple Gaga and the crowd on a stage of a bar.. She should simply wear either country girl or just anything that isn't random and out of place (PI-esque outfit would fit). 1h20m is too long for a dive bar. Should be 40 mins max. She should mainly focus on Joanne (her current album+it's the most suitable one) but also go back and do stripped down versions of older songs. Maybe 7/8 songs with some talking/banter between them (a la Adele but not THAT much). That's why I loved Dive Bar. It focused on Joanne songs (much more suitable), wasn't wearing any eye popping or out of place outfits, and it was simple. Small and personal. The first few songs should be active for a fun atmosphere before gradually slowing down and ending beautifully. My ideal setlist: 1. Diamond Heart 2. A-YO 3. Either PI or DiC (I prefer DiC but PI is more suitable with the rock-ish? theme of a small show) 4.Hey Girl (stripped down) 5. The Cure (acoustic) 6. Grigio Girls 7. Angel Down 8. Million Grammys (the singalong potential ) Those songs are about 26-32 mins combined, and she could have a total of 10-15 mins of talking time (spread evenly over the show) I'd cry if that happened.
