Rock In Rio´s creator already plans to bring Lady Gaga in 2019

Roberto Medina, who created Rock In Rio, gave an interview for a brazilian site. He says:

"It was pretty sad that she did not make it, I was waiting for her. I didn´t give up on her, she is still in my plans for 2019"

The greatest thing about festivals is that you dont have to release a new album to perform, Rock In Rio, for example, had artists and some bands that released stuff 2-4 years ago
