Before complaining, I believe you can't have moving platforms on the Rock in Rio stage. It's a festival, not her own concert. She's not the only one performing. 

Katy's Rock in Rio set only had her props. She didn't include her rotating stage or anything like that.

My friends sat to the side at a stadium show and they couldn't see the stage at all. Only the two giant screens on the side.
