In the end, the option is there. The fans can choose not to buy it if they don't think it's worth it. 

It's also unfair that she stops the car after the show to take individual pictures with the fans who are waiting at the exit and talk with them for more than 15 seconds, if some people paid a hell lot of money to see her just a few hours before.

i think she looks normal? she's had plenty of photos smiling and one of them, she even put her paws up so she's clearly coming out of her shell

the ticket is way more than the photo and the merch, it's about the backstage experience and the VIP tour of the show before it starts  

if the ticket was JUST the photo then i'd understand but it's not sooo

The backstage experience = the vip tour. It's basically: 30 minutes backstage tour, getting food, get 1 merch item, wait a lot of time, have your 15 seconds with Gaga and take a group pic, go to your seats
