Aura should've been the lead and released 3 months earlier without the KP competition and overhyped situation and leak. iTunes Festival should've been a greatest hit gig, even if she wanted to perform new material, she should've released right after the gig

DWUW for second single feat Xtina or solo. JnD send to hip hop radio.

Sexxx Dream and ARTPOP promo single

Venus third single

G.U.Y. 4th single

Gypsy last single with artRave DVD release

:applause:

be her new manager and make GGD proud!!!!

It's a good song, but definitely not worth all the hype it gets in here. :lana:

Not only here, my friends guys and girls dont even listen to Gaga but when DWUW dropped they all had it on their phones on repeat!!, just that song from ARTPOP and they dont even know about the AP album or anything :laughga:

Do What U Want had great potential so as either the lead, 2nd or even 3rd single, it'd have been successful given the proper treatment.

I still think Aura as the lead would've been an interesting choice, followed by either Gypsy or Applause, then Do What U Want.

Aura as the lead would have flopped so hard. Stans would have loved it but the GP would have been pretty polarized

It would have been a bigger hit if it were lead with a video and without RKelly. Would have been HUGE hit if it had the Weeknd instead.

However the album and image was still too over the top and pretentious for the GP so the rest of the era may have remained unchanged.

Talent

True.

Her lead single choices are always so questionable.

🔵 - Banned because I quoted a stupid meme. Literally. So, yeah.

It shouldn't have been a single period...Venus should've been the second single! All that controversy and for what? A bad era with no video! :grr:

Venus would've slayed more.

My list:

1st single: Venus

2nd: DWUW (xtina one)

3rd: Applause

Promo: MJH or G.U.Y.

This, you can olny say should, would, could and etc. because you know present, Kendrick or The Weeknd, wasn't as big as they are now, I mean globally, these threads are fun, but it won't change anything, one can only hope, that with the next album era, Gaga's managament will bring clever feature choices, that's it. I don't see DWUW slaying anyway as hard as Roar did even with The Weeknd and Kendrick being both on the track. :classy:

Maybe it would've slayed as hard as Roar if Katy was on it back when the gp liked her :ladyhaha:

DWUW wasn't a total flop. At least in Mexico it was everywhere.
