Will The Fame (Monster) be the 10th album to sell 20M copies this century?

I was scrolling through Wiki on their list of greatest selling albums and counted 9 albums that were released on or after the year 2000 that have at east 20M (claimed) sales.

Do any of you think Lady Gaga has a shot at joining Adele, Britney, Eminem, Linkin Park, Norah Jones, and The Beetles in this exclusive "first-ten-albums-to-hit-20M-this-century" club? Or does another album from like Katy Perry or Taylor Swift have a greater shot?

Taylor could with Fearless. But Katy will never be.

Taylors best selling album is 1989 and it sold 10 mil.. Katy is nowhere close to selling albums like Gaga. She sells singles better.

The official number for TF/M is currently 15 million, I'm not sure how long ago that was, but I'm willing to bet it's sold at least 500,000 in the past year with the super bowl and other promo, but I still don't think it will hit 20m any time soon
