I think with the Rhino picture/interlude she is making a word pun about the word Rhinoplasty(nose surgery), because earlier in her carreer a lot of people thought she had some work done on her nose,while she hasn't.

A nice theory I read somewhere in a YT comment about the Octopus,is that it represents the Fame Monster:
