The ideal Backstage Experience/Meet and Greet?

This...the gifts should be different for VIP and the other packages...but of course the best are for the backstage holders. It feels very mass produced and easy to make without feeling special. Merch, gifts, the backstage experience,....everything just feels so cheap and rushed.
