Hi! Sorry about the late response - hope this isn't after your show. I'm sure each venue does line up differently, but for LA once everyone in the party was there we got numbered wristbands that saved our spot in line so we could come and go. At 3:15 we were lined up in order and were let in the first holding area at 3:30. On the way in they handed us our CTM backpacks and lanyards. They lined us up again before heading into the venue from the holding area but did a terrible job or enforcing the order unfortunately. All in all, 7/10 VIP experience. 20/10 value for the price.
