If it wasn't for Gaga i would have given up after the first episode. I think it really struggled to find its footing after Jessica Lang left and the emphasis was put on Gaga to fill that role but it just fell flat. Wes Bentley's character was also just so poorly written and acted. There was pretty much no horror just blood and sex. The vampire but not a vampire thing was also a miss. And, that stupid "twist" half way through Roanoke made it that much worse. To be totally honest, the show really started to fall off after Coven.
